I watched Sho's report on that.

Mmm, I found it interesting (and personally would have never connected the two) when they mentioned that manga's sales boomed after 9/11.

Sho was a sophmore (by our standards) in college when 9/11 occurred.
I was in 8th grade I believe in middle school when it occurred.

A big gaping hole in age.

However, I'll bet him going to Ground Zero brought out some intense memories -- even for him to not be involved or in the same country.
Mm, he looked he he was really mulling over a lot of thoughts while he was there. Interesting gentlemen! <3

On the lighter side! While interviewing people at NYCC, the first time Sho said "Excuse me," sounded SO ghetto that I laughed for five minutes.
He's tru gangsta.

Then he introduced himself to the staff at Yen Press and he was SO polite! He learned like...I guess by English standards, English Keigo. XD
He was like, "My pleasure~" And I said, "You go boy!" See, he can be polite in two countries as of 2009. XD

During the NY Yattermiere cuts, they translated us shouting in the audience as saying, "We Know, We Love." Oh, fun~ I think it was supposed to be We Love You but yeah, at least they got that snippet in! They can never say we never told them we loved them!
